Mary Baker is a Registered Landscape Architect in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  She earned her master's degree in Landscape Architecture from The Rhode Island School of Design and also holds a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.  Her professional experience includes parks & recreation, historic landscapes, transportation, streetscape and corporate projects. She joined Brown, Richardson & Rowe in 2000.

Walter Baranowski is a Registered Landscape Architect and a horticulturist. He has been at Brown, Richardson & Rowe since December of 1993. He has a broad range of experience on large projects, but is also a designer of residential projects. Walter received his master's degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Massachusetts, and has pursued additional studies at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design, specifically in interior plantscape design. Other interests of Walt's include constructing useful objects from driftwood, such as the tideclock shown.

Anna Cardone has been the Financial Administrator at Brown, Richardson & Rowe since 1996. Before joining the firm, Anna worked at Vollmer Associates LLP and Rizzo Associates, Inc. She studied at Northeastern University. She is now the Chief Financial Officer and a Principal at the firm. Anna's home contains, besides herself, a husband, two children, and several birds.

Jessie Crowley-Waisnor came to Brown, Richardson & Rowe in 2004 with a background in the nursery business, where she gained a helpful knowledge of interior and exterior plant material. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture. She studied abroad with the Denmark International Studies program in her last year at Amherst. Jessie is a current faculty member of the B.A.C. (Boston Architectural College) and teaches multiple classes on planting design.
Lisa Decker, a Registered Landscape Architect, has extensive experience in transportation and highway design from her work with the California Department of Transportation. Other areas of interest include campus planning, park and playground design, and streetscape design. Lisa received her landscape architecture training from the State University of New York and the University of California at Berkeley. She joined the firm in 1996. Lisa became a principal of the firm in 2007. Lisa, like three other BR&R employees, lives in Arlington with her husband and daughter and their Sheltie puppy Maggie.

Peter Shea, CADD Manager, joined the firm in 2000 after several years of working as the Senior CADD technician for two different Central Artery/Tunnel Projects. He continues to work on these projects and others at Brown, Richardson & Rowe and oversees the office computer network.

Lisa Tramontozzi, Marketing Department, joined the firm in the Spring of 2008 after many years in the Advertising industry where she worked on various mediums (including TV, Radio, Print, & the Internet) on several accounts. She is a graduate of Bryant University and received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Communication. We are excited to have Lisa join our firm, not only for her Advertising/Marketing background but for her knowledge in the Construction field as well. She helped establish Lancaster Construction, LLC. and understands the importance of strong client relationships and teamwork.
