Arms Park, Manchester, NH

Brown, Richardson & Rowe developed the Manchester Riverfront Park System with the transformation of Amoskeag Millyard into Gateway Park, William Loeb Park and Arms Park Promenade, and the Merrimack River Park. BR&R designed brick plazas, historic lighting, seating, steel picket encing, open lawn areas, and planting planting, all within steps to the river's edge. BR&R also worked with the City of Manchester to develop an approach to the containment of anthrax present in two of the parks in the system.
