For the recent rehabilitation of this corporate campus facility along the Neponset River in Quincy, MA, Brown, Richardson & Rowe redesigned the entry area, outdoor sitting areas, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, interior and exterior planting, and the play area for a new Bright Horizons daycare center. Our services included permitting support with the Quincy Conservation Commission, for projects within 200 feet of a riverfront, and construction administration.

The site is now fully accessible to those with disabilities and adheres to principles of sustainable design. The project is to be submitted for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
